At the end of September we switched our credit card processing company from World Pay to Payment Depot. There was a software incompatibility with our POS Cash Register system and some of your credit and debit card purchases were held in our system from October 1st -16th 2014 until Payment Depot forced them to settle. Purchases from October 17th- 29th were also held until Payment Depot forced them to settle. Many of you are seeing purchases that took place weeks before settling with your bank on dates other than when you visited our establishment. In addition some customers incurred charges for purchases they did not make. Please be assured The Whole Enchilada has NOT compromised your account numbers, we take all the appropriate measures to protect our customers information. Full refunds are being issued.
